Our story is slightly different from others in that we were one of the pioneer franchisees and only had two references to tap into to get a feel for profitability and the culture of the company. However, in retrospect, we found comfort in the fact that the leadership of the organization was sound and effective in its approach and candid about the results they were seeking. We have now entered into our third year with ACFN and not only feel we have made the right decision but also we are elated with how we have been treated and feel quite motivated by the family atmosphere. The overall experience has been more than just acquiring a certain number of machines or making a certain amount of money.
As the clich� goes, it takes a village and that definitely applies to our success at ACFN. From Bob who initially answered our inquiry questions and was oh so encouraging and informative, to Avi that made it a reality to solidify our very first account and installation, to Robert Harris that has been the key catalyst to our growth, to Robert Windmeyer whom has been absolutely brilliant in keeping us afloat in difficult transitions with the units, to Mira who has kept our records straight for all business transactions and to Jeff to whom we pay homage to allowing us to gain this opportunity and also who has been keenly supportive through our growing pains. Kristen & I cannot say enough about feeling a part of the family at ACFN and having the opportunity to assimilate with ACFN has been nothing less than a golden 'opportunity'.
So there you have it; our trek has not been picture perfect but when we encountered challenges along the way to placing 10 ATM's, ACFN was there to not only back us up and encourage us but they provided Kristen and I with the majority of our leads. There is no way we could have been this successful without the sales team assisting us in closing each and every one of them.

Dear Jeff, Next month is two years since joining ACFN. I'm thrilled to say that I've installed my 10th location this past Friday. I couldn't be happier. One word comes to mind when I think about the past 14 months with ACFN, and that word is thankful.
